Q: What are the delivery charges to the UK?
A: Please see our delivery and returns page. All orders over £15 have FREE postage.
Q: Is all packaging discreet?
A: YES! All orders are dispatched in 100% discreet packaging.
Q: Can I receive my order tomorrow?
A: YES! As long as you live within the UK and order before 3pm, you can select ‘Next day special’ postage option at the checkout.
Q: Where are my goods being dispatched from?
A: All of our items are stored in out large warehouse based in Bristol. All items are dispatched from here, direct from us.
Q: How do I return an unwanted item?
A: Providing you are within the 14 day return period, and the item is unused, and still in the original packaging you may return your item to us. Please contact us to obtain the returns address.
Q: Can I return a faulty item after 14 days?
A: Most of the items YES! Please contact us regarding the fault. Some items can be returned up to 1 year later.
Q: What are the payment methods you accept?
A: We accept most card payments through our PayPal checkout. We also accept a bank transfer. Please contact us if you would like to pay via bank transfer.
Q: Are my details secure?
A: YES! All card details are kept 100% safe. No card/bank or security information is accessible by any third party.
